Achievement for All Programme Manager

Lizzie is the Programme Officer for London Fostering Achievement leading on the development of the London Schools Excellence Hub for Looked After Children. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience of managing events and delivering training to deliver our masterclasses and training workshops. She is passionately about the transformative power of education after attending university as a mature student. Being care experienced herself Lizzie is deeply committed to improving educational outcomes and aspirations of all children and young people looked after.

Anne is the Project Manager for London Fostering Achievement  at Achievement for All 3As leading on our direct work with schools.  She also manages the design and delivery of a portfolio of developmental projects for the charity, including Pupil Premium Practice Review and Anti-Bullying training for schools around the country.  Anne has recently relocated from Sydney where she managed the production and delivery of content and professional development offerings to a national network of sustainability professionals.

Joanna has worked in the fostering field for over 20 years. She has frontline experience of successfully motivating children to improve upon their expected educational attainment levels. Being a life-long learner herself, she is passionate about the role of foster carers and the power of education to bring about positive changes to children and young people’s self-esteem and life chances. Joanna has also worked in various capacities at the Fostering Network including establishing the Foster Care Association project, managing the organisation’s learning and development function and leading on the hard to reach project. As Education Champions Co-ordinator, she is well placed to support like-minded professionals to achieve our vision to improve educational outcomes for children and young people living with foster families.

Diane is lead on the development of training content for sessions delivered to foster carers, designated teachers and other professionals through London Fostering Achievement. She is an HCPC registered social worker and works in the Practice Support Team at the Fostering Network. Prior to this Diane was employed as a training and development manager in a fostering service before working freelance as a social care consultant. She joined the Fostering Network in 2010 . She has a specific interest in training and  learning and development.
